The news is out...

Mr. Public Servant is moving out of the basement and into the top floor corner office. Ok, its not that glamourous but, yes, I am moving up.

I decided to make the move so that hopefully I can make a change. Sounds idealistic huh? Just have to remember who I am, what I have learned, and what is just.

I have to continue being the voice for silence. If they dont speak up and let inequities rule the workplace then the public sector will stay the same.
